Room Rates and Information

A (TWO) 2 Night Minimum for Rooms or Cabins are required in July & August due to our very Popular Scallop Season (June 27th thru September 25th). We don’t charge a CLEANING FEE as others do in Steinhatchee.. Cleaning the room and preparing it for the next guests is our responsibility. We have trustworthy dependable employees that are Dedicated to making your stay as Enjoyable.. Each Room or/or Cabin comes with (1) One Free Wet slip for One Vessel per room. If you have guests joining you and staying with you, they can rent a wet slip if they want to keep their Vessel in the water or space on land to keep their Boat. Please see the Wet Slip rates below. Guests can use the outside Porches, Picnic Tables and Grills for a cookout on the water. The Owners live on-site for Safety, security and customer service 24 hours a day. We’ve been proudly serving Tourists, Outdoorsman, Fishermen, Hunters, Scallopers and our community since 1994. We are the former owners of Ideal Marina & Motel Inc. where the new boat ramp is located near Roy’s Restaurant. Each Rental Room or Cabin has a Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Cooking gear and Kitchenware is provided for each Room or Cabin. High Definition Direct TV with LED Televisions are in each Rental. Check out time is 11 a.m. and check in time is 3 p.m daily. Florida State sales tax (7%) and a (3%) Taylor County Bed tax is charged to your bill to ensure we are in compliance with both State and County Laws. We have a few folding Beds or Cots upon request if available. Our Rooms are Clean, Quiet, Maintained by a Pest Control Company. We’ve been upgrading our facility daily.
